Band, Getting Started:

Band will arrive in travel mode to ensure it won't turn on during transit. This will prevent the device from turning on or charging.

To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses, then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses, then travel mode will be activated.

Band should ship with a partial charge, though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your device for one full hour.

For band to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the device's port. The light will fade in and out when band is charging, and it will shine brightly when complete. We recommend charging via a USB adapter (1A minimum) plugged in to a wall outlet. If the outlet that you try does not light up the band button, try using a different outlet.

After cleaning, allow band to dry completely prior to charging. For optimal charging, use the charging cord provided with band. Do not charge band for longer than 3 hours.

charging time: To reach a full charge will take approximately one hour.

runtime: At highest speed: 45 minutes. At lowest speed: 55 minutes.

Band is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The device's battery (like all rechargeable batteries) becomes less effective with usage. If used weekly, we recommend replacing every year. If used more frequently, we recommend replacing sooner. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use.

To make things simple, there’s a single button that controls the on/off settings and the five speed vibrations.

We recommend using our organic aloe lubricant, or any other aloe- or water-based lubricant with silicone devices. Apply lubricant to assist with device placement and removal. Lubricant can be applied to the part of the body or device that band will be placed on, as well as to the interior of band itself. 

Place band on a flaccid or semi-erect penis. Band can be placed at the base of the penis, along the shaft, or stretched and pulled over testicles and penis. The vibrating portion of the device can be placed above or underneath the penis.

When using band with a condom, place band at the base of the penis to prevent any friction between the condom and device.

Band should feel comfortably snug but should not cause pain or uncomfortable pressure. Remove band immediately if you experience pain, numbness, discoloration, or discomfort. Do not use or wear band for more than 30 minutes at a time.
